Policy

        Campers Journey Supply of Montana wants your purchase experience to be a good experience. It is our policy to resolve any problems as soon as possible. If you have any questions about your purchase, we urge you to contact us immediately.

         At this time we only ship in these United States. we cannot ship to Canada ,APO, FPO, Guam or Puerto Rico. This goes for shipping and billing addresses. There are no exceptions.

Back Orders

          On a rare occasion there may be an item back ordered. If this occurs we will contact you within 48 hours.  first by email and then if                       if needed by  phone to best resolve the order as soon as possible.

Shipping Policy

         Most all of our items have shipping included in their prices, Items will be shipped  UPS ground and USPS regular mail.

         Exceptions  for very large or heavy items. Will be charged for shipping and are clearly marked on the order page.

         If you desire an item shipped express, an additional charge of the difference will be charged to your purchase.

 

Return Policy

        Ordered the wrong Item and Want to return it? For a prompt exchange or refund, please keep your invoice and

contact us for a return authorization number

If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:

-Return in original packaging
-Return  within (30) days
-Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise
-Enclose a brief letter of explanation
- Merchandise returned for exchange- will be charged a $10.00 exchange fee plus a shipping charge.

-Merchandise returned for refund- will be charged a 15% restocking fee - $3.00 minimum.
-All returns must be prepaid;

No COD’s accepted

If the merchandise you wish to receive is out of stock, a refund/credit will be issued promptly.  All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card.

 

Placed an order but received the wrong item?   Call for instructions on returning the item, you will want to include a copy of the receipt for the return charges, and the cost will be refunded if returned the same way it was shipped out, When the item is received back at the warehouse, a new item will be sent.

Package Damaged during Shipping If you receive a package damaged in shipping, contact the carrier that delivered it, all  orders are shipped with insurance. File a claim using the package tracking number.
